How to choose a shipping method, estimate cost & delivery time, and track your order.
📍 All orders are shipped from China. International delivery times include customs clearance. Please review this guide before placing your order.
⏱️ When will my order arrive?
The estimated delivery date depends on several factors: destination address, shipping method, and order processing time. Processing time varies by product (see each product page). Once processed, transit time begins.
Example – a kitchen faucet:
Processing time: 2–3 business days
Standard shipping transit: 10–12 business days
→ Estimated total: 12–15 business days
General order processing: Most orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time depends on the item (custom or made-to-order items may take longer). If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate boxes on different days due to varying processing/shipping times.

Our shipping partners
We work with major international carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, and USPS / Royal Mail to deliver your orders worldwide. Shipping costs depend on the destination country and product weight. You can view the shipping cost for each product using the "Estimate Shipping" tool on the product page. The final shipping fee for multiple products will be shown on the shopping cart / checkout page.
How to track your package🔍
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email containing the tracking number and carrier name. You can then visit the carrier’s website (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS, Royal Mail) and enter the tracking number to see real-time updates.

💡 Tracking tip: It may take 2–3 business days for tracking information to appear after you receive the confirmation email. If your tracking number doesn’t work after 5 days, please reach out to us.
Customs & import duties
Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country. These charges (if any) are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more information. For customers in the US and UK, we offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping – meaning you will not be charged extra duties. For other destinations, please refer to our VAT/Duties Policy.
