When will my order arrive?
 
The estimated delivery date is based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping method, and how quickly we can assemble and prepare the items for shipment. Customers can calculate delivery estimates by adding the order processing time to the transit time.
 
For example, if customer orders a faucet, it will need 2-3 business days of processing time and then 8-10 business days of shipping time if we use expedited shipping. Therefore, customer can expect to receive it in 10-13 business days.

How to Track the Package?
Once an order has shipped out, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email that includes the tracking number and the carrier. Just go to the carrier's website and use the tracking number to track your package.
