3. Reviews and Comments (Submissions)

● In no event shall HomeLava.com be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, to the maximum extent allowed by law.
● Our total liability to you for any claim arising from this Agreement or your use of the Site shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100), whichever is lower.

8. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. If we cancel all or part of your order, we will notify you and issue a refund for any amount paid. Additional verification may be required before accepting certain orders.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration or small claims court as permitted by law.
11. General Provisions
● Severability: If any part of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
● No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
● Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and HomeLava.com regarding your use of the Site.
