By placing an order on HomeLava.com, you agree to our published policies and terms. Please review these key points to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

 

1. Import duties & local taxes

HomeLava ships all orders from China. As the recipient, you are the importer of record. You may be subject to import duties, VAT, or other customs fees levied by your country.

● It is your responsibility to check with your local customs office before ordering.

● You are solely responsible for paying any applicable taxes or fees upon delivery.

● For dropshippers: please inform your end customers about possible import charges.

 

2. Delivery address – no PO boxes

Most of our shipping partners (USPS, Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, FedEx) cannot deliver to a PO Box. Please provide a valid street address to avoid delivery failure.

 

3. Try samples before bulk orders

We encourage you to order samples first – especially for larger commercial purchases. Testing a single piece helps you verify quality and compatibility before committing to larger quantities.

 

4. Returns & refunds – what you need to know

Because HomeLava ships from China, all returns must be sent to our warehouse in China. Please carefully read the conditions below:

● Non‑defective returns (change of mind, size/color not as expected, etc.): You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties incurred. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

● Defective, damaged, or wrong item received: Contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery (provide clear photos/videos). If confirmed as our error, we will arrange a return without charging you shipping fees, and issue a full refund after we receive the returned product. Even if the package shows obvious signs of damage, please sign for it first and notify us immediately.

● For customized or made‑to‑order products, returns are not accepted unless the item is defective or not as described.

 

Return address in China – Our warehouse is located in Shenzhen. Please contact info@homelava.com to obtain the correct return address and RMA number before sending anything back.

5. Receiving your order – inspection & support

If you notice external damage or the item appears broken, you need to:

● Take photos/videos of the package before opening (or while opening), then contact us immediately.

 

What happens if a package is destroyed us because it was unclaimed?  

If you provide an incorrect address, refuse delivery without a valid reason, or fail to pick up the parcel within the local carrier's storage period, the package will be returned to the local delivery point and may be destroyed after the storage period expires.

In such cases:

● If the package is destroyed because we cannot reach you or you fail to fulfill your delivery obligations, we will not refund the product cost. You will also remain responsible for any shipping fees already incurred.

● We strongly recommend that you contact our customer service team before the package is returned — we can often help reschedule delivery or resolve the issue.

Please note: A re-delivery fee will apply.
