A coupon is a code (alphanumeric phrase) that customers can use to get a discount on their order.
1. How can I get a coupon?
1.1 Subscription
Subscribe to us by entering a valid email address on our website. You will receive an email with a coupon code attached.
1.2 Registration (New User)
After successfully registering a new account on HomeLava, the coupon(s) will be automatically credited to your account.

1.3 Sales & Promotions
We run periodic promotions and distribute coupons in various forms. Please pay attention to the rules we publish. Typically, you can get public coupons on our website, or receive exclusive coupons via email, social media channels, etc.
2. How do I use a coupon?
Add your purchases to the cart and proceed to the checkout page. Enter the coupon code or tick the highest‑value coupon available for the current order.
3. New User Coupon Rules
Definition
A New User is someone who has never placed an order on HomeLava before.
New User coupons are exclusively available to such users, and each coupon can be received only once per user.
Terms of Use
● Coupons can be combined with items that already have Bulk Buy Discounts, but only one coupon can be used per order.
● To use a coupon, the Sub‑Total of the order (not the Total amount) must exceed the minimum purchase amount shown on the coupon.
● Coupons are only available to new users. After you collect them, you can get a discount on orders that meet the above conditions.
⚠️ If your order is canceled, the coupon cannot be used again.
● Please pay attention to the validity period of the coupon. Expired coupons cannot be used.

New User coupons are automatically collected after successful registration.
